At Shankh Yog, we strive to deliver high-quality, consistent online yoga and fitness experiences. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or enrolling in any of our classes.

 

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Shankh Yog are non-refundable.

Once a subscription has been activated or a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to attend scheduled sessions
  • Dissatisfaction after availing the free demo session
  • Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., internet connectivity, device issues)
  • Partial use of the subscription period

 

3. Free Demo Session

To ensure you are fully comfortable with our teaching approach and class format before committing financially, we offer one complimentary demo session to all new users. We strongly encourage you to attend this demo session before subscribing.

By enrolling in a paid subscription after the demo session, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the service and accept this no-refund policy.

 

4. No Physical Products

Shankh Yog does not sell any physical products. All services are digital and delivered via Zoom. Therefore, there are no provisions for product returns or exchanges.

 

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing
  • Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle
  • No refund will be issued for the current or any previously paid billing period

6. Missed or Forfeited Sessions

  • Missed sessions — whether group classes or personal training sessions — are not refunded or compensated
  • Personal training sessions missed due to last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) are considered forfeited with no credit or refund

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In extraordinary and verifiable situations (such as serious medical emergencies), requests for account pauses or service adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Shankh Yog management. These are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund.
